Ernest Edmonds is a painter and maker of computational generative art . He first used computers in his art practice in 1968 while working as a computer science lecturer at Leicester Polytechnic. In his interview, he talks about what reflective practice means to him as a painter and gives an example of an unintended outcome that gave rise to changes at the micro level of making a visual artwork.
